Collection Process Manager

Job Description
- Should be able to handle Banking collection process independently
- Managing the process and productivity for the center
- Monitor the field collection executives and tell caller
- Create collection plan/strategy for field Collection executives
- Ensure timely deposits of the collected amount.
- Should be able to handle all documentation and reporting required by the Banks and Financial institutions
- Able to coordinate between the tele calling team and Bank Collection Managers
- Create reports and manage all data related to the collection process
- Should be aware of drafting mails and business communication
- Should have excellent command over Excel.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Alert superiors of executive's misbehaviors when necessary
- Comply with requirements when legal requirements
