Job Title: Field Collections Officer

Location: Meerut, UP

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Collection Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and recovering outstanding debts from customers, maintaining positive relationships, and ensuring timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Manage and maintain a portfolio of outstanding debts, prioritizing accounts based on risk and urgency
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and mail to resolve outstanding balances and negotiate payment plans
- Analyze customer financial data and credit reports to assess creditworthiness and potential risks
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to maximize debt recovery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, payments, and account status
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales and customer service teams, to resolve customer disputes and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed monthly collection targets and performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, laws, and best practices related to debt collection.

Requirements:-

- 2+ years of experience in debt collection, credit management, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in debt recovery and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.

- Experience with collections and recovery

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
