About the Role
We are conducting a walk-in drive for Collection Officers in the Mortgage vertical. The role involves handling collections, managing delinquent customers, and ensuring timely recovery in compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overdue accounts in the Mortgage Loan portfolio.
Follow-up with customers for EMI payments and resolve queries.
Negotiate repayment plans and settlements wherever applicable.
Coordinate with legal/collections agencies if required.
Ensure adherence to RBI and bank compliance standards.
Maintain MIS reports and update collection status regularly.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
1-3 years of experience in Collections (preferably Mortgages / Secured Loans).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of Jodhpur market and customer handling experience preferred.
