Manage field collections and recovery of overdue payments.
Maintain customer follow-ups and resolve disputes or escalations.
Work closely with internal teams for effective resolution of NPA cases.
Meet monthly recovery targets and report progress regularly.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and ethical practices.
