Vendor & Collection backend SPOC who would be primarily responsible for vendor management and collection related MIS on settlement and waiver.
People management skills for coordination with various stakeholders i.e. Legal team, Branch team RRM's & the external vendor/ enforcement agencies. He/ She must have very good MS excel & Ms Word skills as has to work on various file & quick summarization of the data.
Vendor Management will be an integral part of the profile.
Role and Responsibilities:
? Preparing collection , settlement and waiver, vendor tracking MIS for all stakeholders
? Liaising with cross function teams for data collation
? Vendor Management( Empanelment , Allocation, Provision , Audit tracking & Billing)
? Settlement & Waiver process end to end management
? Understand Legal workflow in collections
