Job Description

The role involves managing loan EMI collections, supervising the collection team, and ensuring timely recovery of dues. The candidate should have prior NBFC/Banking collection experience with team handling exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor the collection team's daily activities Follow up with customers for EMI / overdue payments Conduct field visits and guide the team for recovery targets Maintain and review collection MIS reports regularly Resolve customer disputes and escalations effectively Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines Achieve monthly collection targets and minimize delinquencies
Requirements:

Graduate (Any stream)

2-3 years

of Loan/Finance/Banking collection experience

Minimum 1 year of team handling experience

Strong communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills Knowledge of collection buckets (1-6) preferred Proficiency in MS Excel & documentation
Salary: ₹18,000 - ?22,000 per month + Attractive incentives
