Key Responsibilities- Drive collections for the assigned portfolio to ensure control over delinquency and NPA levels. - Monitor bucket-wise collection performance and take corrective action as needed. - Manage, guide, and motivate field executives, collection agencies, and outsourced partners to achieve targets. - Implement effective collection strategies and customer engagement practices in line with regulatory and company guidelines. - Conduct follow-ups, field visits, and customer interactions for recovery, negotiation, or settlement for complex cases. - Prepare and maintain MIS reports, performance dashboards, and analysis reports. - Coordinate with legal teams for initiating legal actions and recovery processes when required. - Maintain market intelligence and propose process improvements for efficient recovery operations. - Ensure adherence to RBI, legal, and organizational compliance protocols. Skills & Competencies - In-depth knowledge of NBFC lending products and collection processes. - Strong customer negotiation and persuasion skills. - Excellent leadership and team management abilities. - Proficiency in data interpretation and performance analysis. - Understanding of legal recovery processes and compliance norms.
