Experience: Minimum 5+ years in collection handling (Real Estate experience preferred)

We are looking for a Collection Head to lead and manage our collection team at Gaj Group, a reputed real estate company in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end collections process, team performance, and recovery strategy to ensure timely payments and improved cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

o Lead and supervise the entire collection team.

o Develop and execute effective collection strategies.

o Maintain customer follow-ups via calls, emails, and visits.

o Analyze daily/weekly collection reports and share MIS with senior management.

o Set team targets and monitor team performance.

o Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, CRM, Accounts) for smooth recovery.

o Handle escalated client issues and ensure resolution.

o Maintain accurate documentation and records of payment plans.

Key Skills Required:

o Strong leadership and team management skills.

o Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

o Advance Excel & CRM software knowledge.

o Analytical and target-oriented approach.

o Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

o Real Estate industry experience preferred.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in managing collections, ideally in Real Estate.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
