FOS agents with Basic communication skills in local language Healthy mix of 50:50 for Fresher's & Experience Can be considered for this process Minimum eligibility criteria for FOS is 10+ PVC/FCU to be mandatorily completed Experience in deep bucket collection Wheel segment and commercial vehicle segment would be preferred but not mandatory Should stick to the Client app allocation that is assigned and visit are done as per the same Visit the customer and convince them to make the payment Capture the visit Feedback in Client Collection App Stick to the code of conduct values FOS will always display the ID card issued while doing the collection activity Deposition to be done as per the TAT defined
