About the Role

We are seeking a

Collection Executive

with strong experience in

payment recovery and collections management

to join our team at HOOQX. The ideal candidate should have more than

3-4 years of proven experience

in the same profile and possess

excellent communication skills in Bengali

, along with good command over Hindi and English.

Key Responsibilities

Handle collection calls and follow up with clients/customers for outstanding payments. Negotiate repayment terms and resolve disputes in a professional manner. Maintain daily records of collections and update payment status in the system. Ensure timely recovery of dues as per company guidelines. Visit clients (if required) for payment recovery. Coordinate with the accounts and finance teams for reconciliation of payments. Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly collection reports with management.

Requirements

Minimum

3-4 years of experience

as a Collection Executive or in a similar payment recovery role. Strong understanding of debt collection and recovery processes.

Fluency in Bengali

(mandatory) and good communication skills in Hindi & English. Ability to handle difficult situations tactfully and professionally. Good negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and reporting tools. Candidate should be target-oriented and self-motivated.

Qualifications

Relevant experience in collections and recovery will be preferred.

Competitive salary package (based on experience and interview performance) + Incentives.
