Job Summary

We are hiring

Collection & Recovery Executives

for our banking process. The role involves contacting customers, following up on outstanding payments, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining compliance with company and RBI guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to banking collection and recovery. Follow up with customers for pending payments and settlements. Negotiate professionally to achieve timely payment resolutions. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and payment status. Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory (RBI) guidelines. Achieve assigned recovery targets in a professional manner.
Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum qualification:

12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate

Good communication skills in

Hindi

(English is an added advantage). Basic computer knowledge. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
