Collection Executive - Day Shift

Shift Timing: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Week Off: Rotational
Roles & Responsibilities:
Follow up with customers for payment collection
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Explain payment terms clearly to customers
Achieve daily and monthly collection targets
Ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements:
Hindi communication is mandatory
Basic negotiation skills
Customer-handling ability

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,400.00 per month
