The Collection & Student Coordination Executive is responsible for managing fee-related follow-ups, coordinating with students regarding exam fees, assignment submissions, and resolving academic support queries. The role combines fee collection, student handling, and administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1. Fee Collection & Follow-Up
Call students/parents for pending or upcoming fee payments.
Send reminders via WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
Provide payment links, due details, and resolve basic billing concerns.
Maintain daily collection reports and update CRM/Excel sheets.
2. Exam Fee & Assignment Coordination
Inform students about exam fee deadlines, submission dates, and requirements.
Guide students regarding assignment formats, submission portals, and schedules.
Follow up with students for pending assignments or exam fee submissions.
Coordinate with academic/operations team for exam and assignment updates.
3. Query Handling & Student Support
Address queries related to exams, assignments, fee structures, and submission processes.
Provide clear and accurate information to ensure students complete their academic tasks.
Maintain a polite and professional communication tone with students and parents.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Update daily records of collection calls, submissions, and student interactions.
Share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry in CRM/sheets.
Required Skills
Good communication skills (Hindi/English preferred).
Strong follow-up and persuasion abilities.
Basic understanding of fee collection and academic coordination.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Basic computer skills (Excel, Sheets, CRM).
