Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Collection Executive to join our team in
the EdTech sector. The role involves managing and monitoring outstanding dues,
following up with students/parents/institutions, ensuring timely fee collections, and
maintaining healthy customer relationships while adhering to organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
? Contact students, parents, and institutions via phone, email, or in-person visits to
follow up on pending payments.
? Ensure timely fee collection in line with company policies and monthly targets.
? Accurately maintain records of interactions, payment commitments, and
follow-ups in the system/CRM.
? Address and resolve queries related to payments, receipts, or invoices.
? Handle calls politely and maintain an authentic, professional tone.
? Understand student needs, resolve concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
? Manage high call volumes efficiently while ensuring quality communication.
? Communicate information clearly with a customer-focused and professional
approach.
? Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
? Record details of conversations in spreadsheets and maintain an updated database.
? Demonstrate excellent communication and active listening skills with strong
command of the English language.
? Exhibit strong multitasking, time management, and target-oriented abilities.
? Achieve individual targets while contributing to overall team goals.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
