2-4 years (preferred in payment or field collection)
Job Responsibilities:
Collect payments from customers (cash/cheque/online).
Maintain accurate collection records and submit daily reports.
Follow up with clients for pending or overdue payments.
Deposit collected amounts to the company account on time.
Coordinate with the accounts and sales teams for reconciliation.
Ensure professionalism and transparency in all transactions.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Diploma / Degree.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel for field collections.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / mobile apps).
Salary:
As per company norms.
