The

Field Collection Executive

will be responsible for visiting customers to collect overdue payments, verify KYC and loan-related documents, and ensure timely follow-ups for smooth recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers at their residence or business premises for payment collection Follow up with borrowers for EMI dues, bounced payments, or settlements Conduct physical verification of documents (KYC, loan agreements, ID/address proof) Ensure authenticity and completeness of all submitted documents Obtain customer signatures and submit collected documents to the back-office team Maintain daily visit logs and collection reports Build rapport with customers and handle objections or concerns professionally Escalate complex or non-cooperative cases to the Collection Manager Adhere to RBI and internal guidelines for ethical recovery practices Responsible for visiting customers within a 50 km radius of their base location
