Field Collection Executive

in Dhana Capital and Finance Ltd

Collect overdue and current month payments from customers Monitor and analyze the performance of the collections team, implementing measures to improve productivity and success rates. Develop and implement effective collections strategies and procedures to maximize debt recovery while maintaining positive customer relationships. Manage a team of collections agents, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

Only can apply Male Candidate & Two wheeler mandatory with Driving License

Salary 20000/- (Fresher can apply, it is complete field work job)

Benefits: Petrol allowance and Daily conveyance
