Contacting Customers:

Reaching out to customers to discuss overdue payments, often by phone, email, or other means.

Negotiating Payment Arrangements:

Working with customers to establish payment plans and terms.

Managing Accounts:

Tracking and updating outstanding accounts, including payment status and communication records.

Investigating Delinquencies:

Researching the reasons for overdue payments and identifying potential issues.

Maintaining Records:

Keeping accurate records of all collection activities, including customer communications and payment arrangements.

Compliance:

Ensuring all collection activities adhere to legal and company regulations.
