The Collection Executive is responsible for timely collection of dues from customers, maintaining proper records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with customers for collection of outstanding payments through calls, field visits, and reminders
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets
Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions
Deposit collected cash/cheques as per company procedures
Handle customer queries and resolve payment-related issues
Ensure adherence to company policies and Code of Conduct (COC)
Submit daily collection reports to the reporting manager
Coordinate with the accounts and operations team for reconciliation
Maintain professionalism and ethical behavior during customer interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
Experience in collections/field recovery preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of documentation and reporting
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Willingness to travel for field collections
