Job Overview:

We are seeking motivated and responsible Collection Executives to join our team. This role involves field visits, follow-ups, and recovery of outstanding dues from customers. Ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in collections, recovery, or fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers for EMI/due collections as per allocated portfolio Follow up on payment commitments and ensure timely recovery Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred

Experience:

0 to 3 years in collection, recovery, field sales, or similar role

Age:

21 to 31 years

License:

Valid two-wheeler driving license

(mandatory)

Vehicle:

Personal two-wheeler required

(mandatory)
