Promote and sell two-wheeler loan products to customers through direct and dealer channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with two-wheeler dealers, showrooms, and sales staff.
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and marketing activities.
Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, documentation, and repayment terms to customers.
Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure timely loan disbursal.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-loan service support.
Maintain accurate records of loan applications and customer interactions.
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or Graduate (any discipline).
1-3 years of experience in sales or finance (preferably in vehicle loans or NBFC sector).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Knowledge of local market and dealer network is an advantage.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
Valid two-wheeler license preferred.
