Collection Executive - Male/Female.

Location - Pandalam.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Collections:

Conducting regular visits to clients to collect outstanding payments. Following up on overdue invoices and outstanding balances. Negotiating payment terms and arranging repayment plans. Resolving customer queries and issues related to payments.

Client Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Ensuring client satisfaction and addressing their concerns. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and payments.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Maintaining accurate records of transactions and collections. Preparing reports on collection performance and outstanding balances.

Other Duties:

May involve tasks such as verifying client details and verifying payment status. May be required to handle customer complaints and escalations. May be required to assist in other financial operations tasks as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:

Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills:

Ability to effectively communicate with clients, negotiate payment terms, and resolve disputes.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to identify and resolve issues related to outstanding payments.

Time Management Skills:

Ability to manage time effectively and meet collection targets.

Customer Service Skills:

Ability to provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.

Basic Computer Skills:

Proficiency in using relevant software and systems.

Own Vehicle:

Often a requirement for field-based collection roles.

Relevant Experience:

Prior experience in collections, customer service, or sales is a plus.
