Job Summary:

Surya International Enterprises Pvt Ltd is looking for dedicated Collection Executive is responsible for ensuring the timely collection of outstanding dues from customers, maintaining customer relationships, and resolving payment issues while adhering to company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Debt Collection:

+ Contact customers to collect outstanding payments via phone, email, or in-person visits.
+ Follow up on overdue invoices and ensure timely recovery of dues.

Customer Interaction:

+ Address and resolve customer payment concerns and disputes professionally.
+ Provide customers with accurate account statements and explanations of charges.

Record Keeping:

+ Maintain detailed records of all communication, payment schedules, and follow-ups.
+ Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports to the management team.

Compliance:

+ Adhere to company policies and legal guidelines while performing collection activities.
+ Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain confidentiality of customer data.

Collaboration:

+ Coordinate with the finance and accounts teams to reconcile customer accounts.
+ Work with sales and customer service teams to resolve issues impacting payments.

Improvement Initiatives:

+ Identify reasons for non-payment and recommend process improvements to reduce overdue balances.
+ Suggest innovative collection techniques to enhance eficiency .
