Job Description

We are looking for an Collection Executive collections, and customer account reconciliations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow up effectively with clients to ensure timely payments.

Responsibilities



Generate and issue customer invoices promptly and accurately. Follow up on outstanding payments through calls and emails. Maintain customer ledgers and perform account reconciliations. Record customer payments in the accounting/ERP system. Resolve billing issues or disputes with clients. Prepare AR aging reports and highlight overdue accounts. Support month-end closing and audit requirements.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field. 1-4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related role. Knowledge of accounting principles and AR processes. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting Medica Good communication and follow-up skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
