Max slab goes up to 32k

Variable Incentive- 3k = 2k+1k (Perfomance+Attendance)

Work Schedule:

- Shift Timing: 5:30 PM - 10:30 AM (rotational 9-hour shift)

- Week Off: 2 rotational offs

Key Responsibilities

Conduct soft collections via calls to resolve outstanding balances
Provide exceptional customer service adhering to company policies
Achieve monthly collection targets while maintaining quality standards
Eligibility

HSC/Grad freshers and above can apply, BPO experience preferred, SSC with 1 year of BPO exp can also apply
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to manage stress in a challenging environment
Age: Up to 39 years
Address: Within transport boundary
