Contact customers with overdue loan or credit card payments via call and field visits .
Explain the due amount, interest, penalties, and repayment options.
Remind customers of EMI dates and help them make payments on time.
Maintain a polite and professional tone during collection conversations.
Record call details, payment commitments (PTP), and promises in the system.
Coordinate with the field collections team for hard cases.
Escalate cases of fraud, non-response, or disputes to supervisors.
Meet daily / monthly recovery targets as set by the bank.
Ensure collection practices follow RBI & bank compliance rules.
Prepare daily and weekly collection reports.
