Key Responsibilities
Visit customer locations for payment follow-ups, document collection, and verification.
Communicate politely, professionally, and in accordance with RBI/industry recovery norms.
Provide customers with repayment options and issue receipts for collected payments.
Maintain proper documentation, deposit collected amounts timely, and provide visit reports.
Coordinate with the tele-calling team and recovery managers for updates and planning.
Ensure field activities are done ethically, without coercion, harassment, or misconduct.
Qualifications
Ability to travel within assigned areas.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be disciplined, trustworthy, and responsible in handling payments and documents.
Experience in field collections or recovery operations is an advantage.
