Job Description

Key Responsibilities

:

Contact customers for EMI or loan repayment follow-up. Visit customers with overdue payments for recovery. Maintain and update daily collection reports. Negotiate payment terms with customers if needed. Ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues. Handle and resolve basic customer payment queries. Escalate difficult or non-responsive cases to seniors. Follow company collection policies and legal guidelines.

Business Targets

:

Achieve

monthly and weekly collection targets

set by the company. Reduce

delinquency rates (DPD)

in assigned accounts. Improve

bucket-wise recovery

(e.g. 30+, 60+, 90+ DPD). Meet

field visit targets

(number of visits per day/week). Support in

achieving overall portfolio quality

of the branch.

Required Skills

:

Good communication and negotiation skills. Basic understanding of loans, EMIs, and recovery process. Field collection experience preferred. Honest, self-driven, and target-oriented. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, apps, etc.).

Qualifications

:

Minimum 10th / 12th Pass (Graduate preferred). Prior experience in NBFC/BFSI sector is a plus.

Other Requirements

:

Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory for field work). Willingness to travel in the assigned area or district. Mobile phone (for collection app usage, GPS, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
