Contact customers through phone calls, field visits, and other approved channels to recover overdue payments.
Follow up with borrowers for EMI payments, overdue installments, and settlement of outstanding dues.
Maintain daily/weekly collection targets as assigned.
Customer Interaction
Educate customers about repayment schedules, penalties, and consequences of non-payment.
Resolve queries and disputes related to repayment.
Ensure professional, ethical, and customer-friendly communication during recovery.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of collections, follow-ups, and field visits.
Submit daily/weekly MIS reports to supervisors.
Update customer payment status in company systems on time.
Compliance & Process Adherence
Adhere to RBI/Company compliance norms while handling customer accounts.
Ensure collections are done within the legal and ethical framework.
Escalate high-risk or fraudulent cases to the collection manager/cluster head.
Team Coordination
Work closely with branch staff and collection managers to strategize recovery.
Support legal and repossession teams for default accounts if necessary.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Experience:
0-3 years in collections, recovery, or field sales (preferably in NBFCs/Banks/Microfinance)
Other Requirements:
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (for field executives)
