Job Description

The Collection Executive will be responsible for visiting clients to collect payments, handling financial documents, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires regular field visits, effective communication, and coordination with the accounts and sales departments.

Key Responsibilities:



Visit customers (hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, etc.) to

collect pending payments

(cash, cheques, or bank transfers) Maintain

daily collection reports and receipts

Submit collected amounts/documents to the accounts department on time Get proper

acknowledgment or signature

for each collection

Follow up

with clients for overdue payments Resolve payment-related issues or escalate them to the supervisor Ensure

professional behavior

and good client relations during visits

Candidate Profile:



Qualification:

Minimum 12th pass

/ Any Graduate

Must have a 2-wheeler

driving license (preferred) Basic understanding of invoices, receipts, and financial documents Good communication skills (regional language + basic English) Trustworthy and disciplined

Skills Required:



Field work experience or interest Basic computer or mobile usage for reporting Customer handling and negotiation skills Time management and integrity

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
