Job Description

A Collection Executive is responsible for recovering outstanding payments and debts from customers or clients. Actively contacting customers with outstanding balances to initiate payment arrangements. Developing and implementing payment plans that are feasible for the customer and beneficial for the company. Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all collection activities, including customer interactions and payment arrangements. Providing regular updates to management on the status of outstanding payments and collection efforts.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
