Role: Collection Executive (Domestic Collection)
Location:
Kakkanad, Cochin
Freshers are preferred who located near Kakkanad, Cochin
Job Role
Contact customers via phone and email to collect outstanding payments.
Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
Negotiate payment plans and resolve payment issues with customers.
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries
Qualifications & Requirements
Proficient in Regional Language
(MUST), Communication, Listening & Negotiation Skills to effectively engage with customers
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage work efficiently
Basic computer Skills and willingness to work in shifts
(Day shift -Rotational)
