This is a full-time on-site role for a Collection Executive, located in New Delhi. The Collection Executive will be responsible for managing debt collection processes, communicating with borrowers regarding overdue payments, and developing strategies to recover outstanding debts. Additionally, the role involves performing credit control tasks, analyzing financial information, and providing reports on collection activities.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing the company debtor list.
Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payment.
Maintaining customer payment records.
Preparing customer financial statements for banks and the state credit department.
Writing final notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made.
Instituting legal action when customers fail to pay their debt.
Responding to customer queries.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Credit Control and Debt Collection processes
Strong Communication and Analytical Skills
Understanding of Finance concepts and practices
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
