Day to day management of collection centre and distribution operations.
Planning of manpower & logistics for dispatch of products from the farm.
Compliance with respect to inventory reconciliation, stock planning and sanitation practices in the collection centre.
Work in close co-ordination with planning team on specific issues that could impact harvesting plan / sales.
Drive improvement projects related to serviceability, traceability, quality improvement & process improvement.
Grievance handling with respect to quality issues with contract farmers.
