Position - Call Centre (Collections) Experience -3 + years Location -Andheri , Mumbai JOB DESCRIPTION Fluency in English ( spoken & written ) Languages spoken ( Hindi, Marathi, English & any one between Tamil / Telugu / Kannada - Tulu preferred ) Awareness of NBFC working pattern & basic knowledge of Gold Loans & Business Loans Experience towards handling Inbound & Outbound calls. Well aware of Do\'s & Don\'ts upon the calling piece ( politeness , able to handle agitated customers ) Ability to do awareness calling for all customers as per respective EMI cycle dates on repeated times. Procuring & tracking of PTP\'s Ability to trace default & skip customers in absence of EWS & tracking mechanism.
