- Collection Assistant
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment
2. Provide Customer Service Regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments.
3. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts - customer calls, accounts adjustments, small balance write off, customers reconciliations and processing credit memos.
4. Receive and Verify Invoices and requisitions for Services
5. Prepares daily bank deposit
6. Sending Reminders as per Service Charges Collection Policy
7. Recommended Actions to be taken for the defaulters as per Service Charges Collection Policy to OA Manager/Building Manager
8. Calling owners for Payment of Service Charges as per Collection Policy
9. Using Mollak Software for collection and communication to the unit owner
10. Issuing all receipts for service charges (email, courier or on hand to the owner) Explain the collection policy and procedures including interest levy
11. Making NOC for transfer of Sale for all units/buildings
