To be successful as a Colleague Services Change Governance Manager, you should have experience with:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in governance, assurance, or project oversight roles within a real estate, infrastructure, or facilities management environment.
Proven track record of supporting or leading small capital projects, preferably in the corporate real estate or built environment sector.
Strong understanding of project lifecycle governance, risk management frameworks, and compliance assurance.
Organised and structured with high attention to detail.
Direct experience of global organisation/colleagues and matrix reporting. Willingness to travel as required.
Highly articulate and persuasive communicator with proven written and verbal communication.

Demonstrated experience in multi-stakeholder engagement, including senior leadership, third-party vendors, and enabling functions (Finance, Risk, Procurement).

Comfort with presentation of concepts to stakeholders at a summary level.

Experience in CRES transformation programs, colleague services strategy implementation, or workplace optimization initiatives.
Familiarity with enterprise project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Planon, or Tableau and in Excel.
Understanding of sustainability, ESG reporting, and health & safety compliance in built environment projects.
Experience working in a regulated, multinational organization with matrix governance structures.
