+ CUCM, IMP, CUC,CER, Analog/Digital Gateways, Hardware and Software media Resources
+ Protocols H.323, MGCP, SIP, SCCP, Q.SIG, CAS, ISDN PRI, FXO, FXS, and POTS.
+ Basic Understanding for UCS Servers and VMware Virtualisation
+ Consulting and Troubleshooting Skills
+ Understating of DNS,DHCP,TFTP,NTP and LDAP
+ Unified Collaboration-CUCM, IMP, CER, Analog/Digital Gateways.
+ Voice gateways-H.323, MGCP, SIP
+ Implementation & Migration
