Role Overview
As an
Event & Collaborations Officer
, you will be responsible for planning and executing organizational events while simultaneously building and managing collaborations with institutions, partners, corporates, and ecosystem stakeholders. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and ownership across both on-ground execution and strategic relationship-building.
Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Management
Plan and execute national-level online and offline events (workshops, bootcamps, summits, conferences, cultural programs)
Manage end-to-end event logistics including venues, vendors, speakers, schedules, and travel
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
Oversee on-ground operations during events and resolve real-time challenges
Handle post-event documentation, reporting, and follow-ups
Collaborations & Partnerships
Build and manage collaborations with universities, institutions, startups, corporates, and ecosystem partners
Coordinate MoUs, partnership discussions, and execution plans (non-legal)
Act as a point of contact for partners and collaborators
Support outreach for joint initiatives, programs, and campaigns
Maintain collaboration records, reports, and partnership outcomes

Languages: English & Hindi (mandatory)
Willingness to Travel: 100% (required)
Work Location: Remote / In-person (as per project needs)
