About your team We are a dynamic team who work to provide many services to the Fidelity International business globally, with a Service Catalogue of 100+ applications. Collaboration Services team is responsible for enterprise services including Desktop estate (physical, virtual, Windows, Mac and Wyse). Our core collaboration platforms (Zoom, Teams, e-mail and M365 suite), along with Audio Visual, Identity and Security (Active Directory) and are always looking to improve by enabling teams to automate tasks working in a DevOps environment. About your role Reporting to the Associate Director - Collaboration Services, you will be a member of the Collaboration Services team and will be responsible for driving the delivery, IT projects, operations, and programs. Build and manage the relationships with key stakeholders, internal customers and suppliers. Responsibilities will be wide ranging including providing support to our customers for all services provided by Collaboration Services team, as well as supporting other teams within Technology as required. You will work closely with the service-lines, functional leaders, service providers, vendors and lead the successful technology/support delivery in Fidelity. About role \xe2\x80\xa2 Service Management: \xef\x82\xa7 Oversee end -to-end IT services delivery for collaboration services, ensuring adherence to KPIs and performance metrics \xef\x82\xa7 Maintaining high performance levels for service-related process, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary as part of continuous improvement process \xef\x82\xa7 Assist/lead in the planning of projects within the programme of work ensuring that the Fidelity standards are adhered to and deviations from the standards are documented, agreed, and communicated to the relevant stakeholders. \xef\x82\xa7 Assist/lead in the management of resource requirements, allocations, and assignment of team workloads \xef\x82\xa7 Ensuring smooth integration and handover of projects to other teams (service transition) \xef\x82\xa7 Manage Incident, problem, and change management processes to maintain service/system availability \xef\x82\xa7 Function as a point of contact for service management - providing accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery \xe2\x80\xa2 Security and Compliance: \xef\x82\xa7 Ensure IT services comply with security standards and all regulatory requirements \xef\x82\xa7 Conduct regular Risk assessment and work with internal teams to mitigate threats \xef\x82\xa7 Prepare regular reports for senior management on the status of security, RISK, and compliance initiatives \xef\x82\xa7 Audit preparation \xe2\x80\xa2 Financial & Vendor Management \xef\x82\xa7 Manage the IT service delivery budget and help Collab Tech head with planning (Capex & Opex) \xef\x82\xa7 Identify opportunities for service improvement and cost optimisation \xef\x82\xa7 Collaborate with vendors to ensure their services align with organizational needs Experience and Qualifications Required \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Information Technology with relevant experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience in a service delivery management role within the IT industry \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong understanding of IT services and Technologies \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Analytical mind with attention for detail \xe2\x80\xa2 Problem-solving and decision-making skills Feel rewarded For starters, we will offer you a comprehensive benefits package.
