Collaboration Ops Engineer
The Collaboration and Productivity team at Millennium manages e-mail, chat, mobility and M365 services globally. We are looking for a strong consultant candidate to provide operational and administrative support for our services with a strong focus on automation. Must be able to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment both independently and in a team setting.

Principal Responsibilities:

Provide operational and administrative support for the Collaboration infrastructure Monitor and analyze system health, capacity and performance Leverage ServiceNow to fulfill end user requests and resolve incidents Work closely with various teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues Analyze and improve processes through automation and workflows Collaborate with the global infrastructure teams on projects, new services and features Review and document existing infrastructure and procedures Assist with escalation support for business critical systems

Qualifications

Experience with M365 services (Azure AD, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Sharepoint Online) Experience with MDM and MAM (Microsoft Intune, Blackberry UEM) Experience with Mobile Application Development on IOS and Android Experience with MS Intune mobile SDKs and MS App Proxy Experience with mobile third-party application management Minimum three years operations experience with Microsoft Exchange 2016/2019/SE Broad knowledge of Windows Server administration, network design, storage, load balancing PowerShell scripting skills Operates with moderate supervision and exercises independent judgement in problem resolution Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Good team player willing to learn and participate with other
