Looking for a female Hotel Management graduate to supervise the day-to-day operations of this 120-bed Co-Living facility of working professionals.
Accommodation will be provided on the site along with free meals.
Typical daily responsibilities will include the following:
1) Running the Reception / Office by attending to inquiries, showing the rooms, rent details presentation, etc.,
2) Scheduling daily cleaning of rooms and delegating the same to the housekeeping team and inspecting them.
3) Co-ordinate with the kitchen team and ensure their requirements are delivered by timely informing the manager
4) Proactive communication in the residents' whatsapp group about daily developments and ensuring that all are informed
5) Collection of rents from the residents and related followups
6) Other daily operational matter that need to be attended.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
