Property Operations & Maintenance- Oversee daily operations including preventive maintenance, housekeeping, and cleanliness.- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and dining facilities to ensure quality standards are met.- Coordinate with external vendors for timely repairs, deep cleaning, pest control, and waste management.2.2. Meals Presentation & Food Service- Ensure timely meal service with appropriate portion control and appealing presentation.- Monitor food hygiene standards and maintain high levels of cleanliness in dining and kitchen areas.- Track and report daily meal consumption to aid in inventory and cost control.2.3. Guest Experience & Customer Service- Serve as the primary point of contact for all guest-related matters, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.- Manage seamless move-in and move-out processes to enhance guest satisfaction.- Handle service escalations and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.2.4. Financial Management & Rent Collection- Ensure rent is collected on time and maintain accurate records of payments.- Monitor revenue flow, track outstanding payments, and apply penalties where necessary.- Provide regular updates on financial status to relevant stakeholders.2.5. Security & Compliance- Implement and enforce safety protocols, including access control, visitor management, and fire safety procedures.- Conduct regular security audits and organize emergency preparedness drills.- Ensure full compliance with local safety and regulatory standards.2.6. Inventory & Reporting- Maintain up-to-date inventories of assets, kitchen equipment, consumables, and room amenities.- Compile and submit weekly reports detailing occupancy levels, maintenance tasks, and meal service metrics.
