The Cold Storage Supervisor is responsible for managing all operations within the cold storage facility, including daily blast freezing, packing of finished products, and inventory management. The role involves monitoring and maintaining cold storage machinery such as the chiller room, blast freezer, and ante room to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. The supervisor must maintain accurate records of material movement, coordinate dispatches as per stuffing orders, and ensure proper temperature control, hygiene, and safety standards.
Minimum one year of experience in cold storage or production operations is required.
