Gestamp is an international group specialized in the design, development and manufacture of highly engineered metal components for top vehicle manufacturers.
We are looking for Cold stamping tooling engineer for Takve location who is having Experience in Manufacturing industry.
Job Responsibilities and Major Activities / Tasks:

• Die Buy off.
• Stamping part feasibility
• Die HLTO.
• PPAP.
• Hand over to Production.
• Documentation of die related activites.
• Design checksheet, design buyoff checksheet.
• Die static/ Dnynamic and Buyoff checksheet.
• Maintaining CP/CPK & part quality during buyoff & HLTO.

Key Qualifications/Requirements

• Specialisation in Tool & Die making.
• Catia V5, Autocad.
• Presentation Skills.
• Effective Communication.
• Trouble Shooting of cold stamping parts.

Education:

• Diploma In Mechanical Engineering. OR BE with Mechanical Background.
