full-time Email Marketer

to own and scale our cold email channel. This role is about

quality, relevance, and iteration

, not blasting thousands of generic emails.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Research and build

high-quality prospect lists

Write and test

short, personalized cold emails

that get replies Manage outbound campaigns end-to-end Monitor deliverability, replies, and booking quality Iterate on subject lines, angles, and follow-ups Track and report performance in Google Sheets
You're a Strong Fit If

You've worked on outbound email before (agency, startup, or freelance) You understand

modern cold email best practices

You can write emails that sound

human and relevant

You're organized, fast, and comfortable owning a channel You want a
