Role Overview: Cold Email & LinkedIn Outreach Specialist



This is not a "send 300 messages and pray" kind of job.

Your mission is to run

high-quality, data-driven outreach campaigns

that support revenue generation across several brands - from SEO, lead gen, PR, and professional services to gaming, cafes, and new business ventures.

Your performance will be visible.Your ideas will be tested.Your work will directly influence growth.

You'll be responsible for:

Building accurate, targeted prospect lists Enriching data with verified contact information Writing conversational outreach messages that get responses Running cold email + LinkedIn outreach campaigns Monitoring performance and iterating rapidly Collaborating with account managers and strategists Testing new angles, scripts, tools, and methods Working with full ownership - no micromanagement

What You'll Do (Daily Responsibilities)



Build targeted prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Google, and industry databases Enrich and verify each lead: email, job title, LinkedIn profile, company data Create and run structured cold email sequences, monitoring deliverability and reply patterns Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns using niche-specific messaging Write short, punchy, human-sounding outreach copy (not robotic templates) Track campaign KPIs - bounce rates, reply rates, lead quality, positive replies A/B test messaging angles, subject lines, CTAs, and value propositions Optimise campaigns based on weekly performance data Work closely with account managers to align outreach with campaign goals Adapt quickly as campaign priorities shift and new projects roll in
