What You'll Do

Make outbound calls to potential clients from a provided database or leads. Pitch products/services in a clear, confident, and engaging manner. Understand client needs and identify sales opportunities. Follow up on warm leads and maintain a strong call-back schedule. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Record clients interactions and maintain an organized call log. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to refine call strategies.

Skills:

2-4 years

of experience in cold calling, telesales, inside sales, or similar roles. Excellent communication and persuasive skills--you're confident, friendly, and engaging. Resilient and self-motivated with a hunger to succeed. Able to handle rejection positively and keep moving forward. Comfortable using CRM tools and call management software. Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
