Generate 2-10 confirmed conversions or hot leads daily.
Achieve at least 30 positive responses per day through engaging calls.
Understand prospects' needs through active listening and empathetic communication.
Not just pitch -- but convince prospects why they might need the service through a consultative and friendly tone.
Speak naturally, using a recommendation-style approach rather than a sales tone.
Document all call details, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or spreadsheet tools.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine scripts and strategies.
Identify and generate organic leads through creative outreach methods (social media, referrals, etc.).
Continuously learn about the product/service offerings to communicate value effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication and listening skills in English.
Basic understanding of marketing and lead generation.
Strong persuasion skills with a friendly and relatable approach.
Passion for connecting with people and handling rejections positively.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable making high call volumes daily.
