We are expanding our sales and outreach team and are looking for a Cold Calling Executive who is confident, motivated, and eager to contribute to our lead-generation and client acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Glowing Digital's services.
Clearly explain our SEO and digital marketing solutions in a simple and engaging manner.
Identify prospects' needs and guide them toward suitable service offerings.
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales and strategy teams.
Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups in the CRM.
Follow calling scripts while adapting to each prospect's communication style.
Handle objections politely and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
Meet daily/weekly call targets and contribute to overall outreach goals.
Requirements:
Basic experience in cold calling, telecalling, or outbound sales (academic or self-taught).
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence, clarity, and the ability to build rapport quickly over calls.
Good listening skills and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and follow team guidance.
A passion for sales and business communication is an added advantage.
